Here's my breakfast (overnight oats):

- 10oz bottle drinkable greek yogurt 20g protein (no sugar)
- 1 tbps whole milk plain A2 yogurt
- 1/3 cup Red Mill protein oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon ceylon  cinnamon 
- 1 teaspoon Millet
- 1 teaspoon tiger nuts
- 1/4 teaspoon ground tumeric + pinch of pepper
- 2 teaspoons organic cocoa powder (blueprint)
- 1 cup organic frozen blueberries 
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries 
- 3 walnuts 
- 2 Brazil nuts
