@skytv Sky is happy to take the installation fee.... you would think customer service/ satisfaction would be a priority when you have elderly customers not used to technology...
Disappointed with @skytv. My Nan and Gdad were left without a phone bcoz it hadn't been plug in. They ordered a streaming box but the engineer wanted to fit a dish. Now told they will receive a streaming box in the post, they are worried about how to connect it. I guess I'll doit
Fed up of calling @virginmedia now. 1hr 36mins and still no wifi. Customer relations told me i can't go back to my old hub and can't cancel my contract yet on the box it says reliable wifi in every room or money back..... i don't have wifi in any room #wishiwenttosky#sky
@virginmedia Surprise Surprise, when i contact virgin to see where the engineer is...... they have no engineer booked. Yet at 17:28 last night via WhatsApp they confirmed it was booked ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ @skytv is there anything you can do to switch me over? #ijustwanttheinternettowork
@virginmedia Middle of August was the first one. Then the technician replaced it a week or so later.
The wifi, no one seems to be able to sort it..... im back to the tech saying its customer services and customer services saying it needs a tech....
@virginmedia you are awful! I've had nothing but problem since locking into a 18th month deal... with what you tell me is a new faster wifi hub.....

@virginmedia Not internet again today! This is so frustrating! Pull the cable out, light flashes red, plug back in and all works again..... this must reset something????
@virginmedia It starts with the 2.4Ghz devices. These devices will only connect to 2.4Ghz. Things like the BG smart sockets. The TV doesn't connect either. Alexa that is connected to 5Ghz also has problems.
