@Uber I have had no choice but to come here and try to get a response since the AI is not helping and you don’t have a number to contact. I had an Uber driver pick up a part and he was supposed to deliver it to me and he disappeared with the part.

And it tells me that my issue is resolved, and the driver delivered the item and I can’t get a refund went on the app. You could clearly see he did not drop it off where I was supposed to go and I was charged the same price to go to the address I originally put.
