To be clear, I actually said exactly 0 of those things. I do, however, find it misleading that we were presented the events as completely organic and genuine if it was premeditated.
It doesn't change the reality of segregation or the severity of racism, but I would bet that there are a lot of people that didn't know she went out that day to make a scene and get arrested.
You could make her seem just as heroic by telling the real story and showing that she was willing stand up for her cause.
So, you're right, it's definitely a choice. I think they may have chosen poorly in the way they framed it. The true story isn't any less inspiring.
@rushicrypto They don’t need them. Politicians just want their money and votes and to control the system. The companies take them because it’s more money in the bank. The entire system is corrupt.
It’s uninformed political advice. He’s claiming to understand geopolitics and how we should carry out military operation and what is right and wrong without truly understanding the consequences.
It’s like someone who never trained as a mechanic and has no manual telling you your carburetor is busted while looking in the trunk.
He sees dick waving assholes because in his world, the biggest worry is getting his wig right and where he’s going to find his next hit of blow. He’s just playing a tough man like one of his movies.
The real consequences of getting these kinds of things wrong isn’t a second take. It’s world war 3.
