Whilst I understand investigations do take time, they should be structured and have parameters. Surely you have had some results which can be shared and can provide some sort of update in relation to the issues. @CleaverLd@bovishomes
@bovishomes care to appoint someone who can actually give an honest update without hiding behind emails. Surely residents deserve that....@CleaverLd any thoughts?
@CleaverLd@bovishomes It would be lovely if residents got informative updates, rather than comments as mentioned above. This is a common issue we get from @bovishomes hiding behind a need to know attitude rather than cards on the table. Fingers crossed for an actual update.
Who doesnโt enjoy waking up and going to bed smelling sewage and being kept up at night whilst companies are pumping at 10:30pm. @bovishomes it would be nice to have detailed updates, rather than generic emails from an employee who will update โwhen I see necessaryโ#unacceptable

@TicketmasterUK So my fiancรฉ booked me tickets for Ed Sheeran with coach transport from Crawley. TicketMaster fail to send an email with the code to book transport so we chased this. We then get the code to find out you over subscribed your transport. 1.
@TicketmasterUK we then complain as we cannot use the provided transport as itโs not our problem to be told that Ticketmaster cannot do anything, will not refund the ยฃ88 and tough luck. Awful service and will happily repost and complain until we get a refund.
