@MarkHolthe for TR to PR I have worked 1 year in an elegible job, full time over 1560 hrs. Some weeks hours were 40 some weeks less then 30 but in total for one year + it equates to over 1560 hrs. Is this okay? I've read they only calculate a maximum of 30hr per week

@CitImmCanada I am applying through TR to PR pathway essential-non healthcare and adding my spouse with the application. I see the electronic signature covers the application, what about IMM5409 stat declaration of common-law, do we need the solemn dec signed by both and witness?
