@AmericanAir Thanks for the info but you lost all credibility when the app said you were loading the plan and there was no flight crew or gate attendant at the gate listed on the app.

@AmericanAir Please forgive our frustration, we have had multiple cancellations filled by countless delays. On Sunday an employee told us it was because a lack of flight crew. That’s poor planning.
Now today the crew member was late to the boarding. Once the plan was loaded it can’t move
@AmericanAir because they didn’t salt or sand the area for the tugger, another avoidable situation with proper planning.
We were supposed to arrive at our destination on Saturday, now it’s Monday and we aren’t even 1/2 way there.
. We also tried to rebook our flight when it was canceled the
PREACH COACH!!! I hope this organization keeps weeding out the "fans" who squat on tickets so they can make money off the fact that their grandparents were true loyal fans.
