@khalil_knows Makes more sense to say sellers should choose their representation wisely. Anyone could sell a home during the stampede of zero rates and low inventory. Good listing agents are truly earning their fee now.
@goldenrose_79 @WillGremerica Credit is always best, despite her technical difficulties. Work done by the seller is often times seen as inadequate by the buyer, and it drags on. Credit is quick and clean.

@ThinkAppraiser A large percentage of homes in that range in LA are bought by foreign nationals. For citizens who purchase, it’s rarely about investment and more about feel/vibe. They are often resold after a few years. With money like that, moving isn’t much of a hassle when you get bored.
@SpaceCoastCRE Sellers are allowed to pay the buyer’s agent fee, as they always have been. And in most markets, they still are. If a subsequent settlement forbids it in any way, then yes, there’s a massive sea change.
