Ugh this week has been a struggle in more ways then one. One is that my anxiousness has been acting up more this week

Also I’m convinced my mom doesn’t believe I have anxiety. She straight up told me I needed to get over and clam down. Cuz I was doing something that was causing me to have an anxiety attack
