@Payton_Sharkey@bobpockrass I assure you it is still open. The building also houses Rackley WAR Racing. I would encourage you to check out their Facebook page.
(Also, the owners are friends of mine…)
@AlZeidenfeld But refs…something something something. It’s not fair….
Subconsciously, people hate greatness because they recognize they didn’t commit to anything the way the great ones have. No great athletes are “lucky”. They had skill and then they worked harder than everyone else.
@DrBrookeTaylor@AbrisGains So you’re saying an egg, a salmon filet, and a serving of Greek yogurt is 49 grams of protein? Sounds like a reasonable, healthy meal. Try it 3x a day…boom, you’re there.
Also, this is like 450 calories, so 3x would be 1350 cal/day. You’d be an extremely fit human…
@GuhleSzn@bobpockrass According to a friend of mine that’s an owner, costs around $500k to field a car for this race. Sponsor will easily pay that, probably more. Making the race will guarantee a profitable weekend with the increased purse for this particular race.
@goldencalf@eyeslasho How do people still not know about FHA home loans? Some as low as 0% down payment but no higher than 3.5%. And it’s available to anyone that has never purchased a home. The “can’t save a down payment” argument doesn’t hold water.
@madpuft@_WillChambers I don’t think he’s “hating”. I think he’s giving an honest and thoughtful opinion as a football analyst. And he’s saying this as someone who’s spent time in the building.
@buwalda_john@GarrettSmithley Correct. It was a great track but fans complained about the racing and it had poor attendance. And then everyone gets mad that NASCAR, a business, makes a business decision to sell the land.
@SolysisVZX @blakestonks Yes and no. Mortgage rates don’t necessarily follow the Fed’s rates. They are much more closely related to the 10yr. So I don’t see the 10yr coming down and I also don’t see mortgage rates going down. I wish it would as I work in real estate.
