@AmericanAir @British_Airways my sister in law’s luggage’s was lost on a flight this weekend. She was originally flying direct LHR-CLT on AA but due to check in delays wound up flying BA to MSY. when her bag didn’t make it to MSY she filled out a paper form with BA w/ conf #. 1/2
