@Fat_Electrician I knew some IBEW JATC instructors who would tell us the democrat way is the only way and republicans aren’t welcome. One instructor by the name of Jeff Sheehan even told me he didn’t care who I would tell so here I am telling you. Guess why they didn’t help me get insurance.
@mkotsch1987@MAGAlwr5 Life isn't hard until you get a doctor that tells you your problem is white rage instead of giving you medical attention.
Then everyone gets mad that you complain about it. That's when life gets hard.
DEI wasn't explained to us as racial from my experience with it in 2011.
It was explained as non binary and religious protections which I also never heard of until then.
I didn't know it was a racial thing until Obamacare sent me to a burn specialist who was more interested in educating me about white rage than treating the electrical burns that nearly killed me.
I wasn't denied my job, I was eliminated from the career by the policy.
It was 2011 during an IBEW apprenticeship the first time I ever heard the term DEI hire. We had just been nearly electrocuted to death on a Boston DCR job. The journeyman was told by the DCR the DEI department was responsible for the hazards left unattended. Speaking up about it has made my life a nightmare. Good luck people of Earth.
Massachusetts continuously put me through DEI discrimination over the years that got so terrible I had to move.
A DEI hire partially electrocuted me while working for the Boston DCR during and IBEW apprenticeship.
Another DEI hire sabotaged me for having a legal dispute with DCR and the DEI hire involved.
And the DEI discrimination in Massachusetts healthcare ultimately made me leave the state to get what I needed approved.
DEI has caused so much mental anguish and physical pain it's unbelievable.
The more I speak out about DEI hires causing work place hazards that put me in the hospital and the discrimination in healthcare it leads to, the more people I lose.
Guess I'll just go play video games until effort matters again.
@andrealucasEEOC@USEEOC I served an apprenticeship for five years of my life and tge discrimination and hatred I experienced the last uear of the program was so horrible it nearly killed me by electrocution and discrimination by Obamacare.
How getting shocked on the job in 2011 Boston DCR electrical hazards left me with Prolonged Duress Stress Disorder.
"Internal fissures and deep tissue damage from severe electrical burns are caused by the conversion of electrical energy into intense heat as current passes through the body, leading to coagulation necrosis of muscles, nerves, and internal organs."
Electrical injury is a significant cause of rhabdomyolysis, a condition where skeletal muscle breaks down rapidly, releasing toxic intracellular contents like myoglobin and creatine kinase (CK) into the bloodstream. This damage occurs via two primary mechanisms: electrothermal conversion (heating) and electroporation (non-thermal membrane disruption caused by high-intensity electric fields).

I always believed the right video games are a good mental exercise. This series is worth an hour a day and has some legendary music across all it's games for those music lovers.

Does this mean I can get help with my 2011 Obamacare IRS fines?
My lawyer said it was pays but the IRS seemed to ignore the workman's comp discrimination with the Boston DCR I went through.
I survived partial electrocution in 2011 and missed work and fell behind on insurance hours.
So on top of life threatening injuries they medically neglected me.
I have employer names and lawyer names.
That's interesting. I had a complaint against a Forman who never turned in the accident report I had to fill out when I fell carrying his material up six flights. The lawyer tells me that it took them a long time to identify him because he changed his name and identity many times before.
I had to learn to walk again.
All these years later and I am still finding clues and answers.

First surgery helped. Why couldn't I get it approved in Boston?

Could you look into how DEI related complaints are a form of 'reverse discrimination'?
That was the worst time in court I ever got forced through what turn out to be a 'racism trap'.
The Bar association apparently did the best they could for me after Obamacare DENIED my coverage as far back as 2011.
