@jeremycady Yeah, that's not correct? The current IP process already requires a certain percentage of signatures from each congressional district. The STL and KC metros are both large and have been split into lots of the districts, but the repubs are the ones who drew the maps like that.

The stoplight for traffic traveling westbound on Russell going straight across Gravois is not cycling properly (only turning green about every 3/4 cycles). The left turn lane is cycling normally. I've only noticed this happening in the mornings @stlcsb
