@lowBran31287@ParkLaneAZ Not sure a handful of prick billionaires who want half time shows and Prem games in NYC constitutes 'losing their nation to foreigners' tbh but whatever
I do feel much English hate towards Americans this World Cup is unwarranted, but Americans have to understand that US private equity and owners have been hollowing out what makes English football special for decades. American money has caused real damage to the sport
FIFA confirm single-player walkouts won’t happen at the World Cup.
They will instead debut what is being called a “fan-centric pre-match ceremony” intended to showcase squads not just starting XIs. As revealed, the walkouts remain non-traditional.
All players will stand in the centre circle for the line-up reads and national anthems.
There will also be creative new visual elements, including the use of hand-held flags.🏆
@TP_THFC Just a reminder that IFK Goteborg, Stade Bucharest, Anderlecht, Zenit St Petersburg, Shakhtar Donetsk AND Red Star Belgrade all have more European heritage than Arsenal
Let me get this straight
Peter Thiel was an early Silicon Valley donor to Trump, who currently sits as President of the United States
He hand picked JD Vance, who goes on to become VP and is still in that position
His friend and former cofounder, Elon Musk, is the richest man on the planet and is about to do the biggest IPO ever in history
His fund was one of the earliest backers of Space X, amongst many other successful investments
Literally everything he wished for has happened. Everyone he wanted in power is currently in power.
But, he is now leaving the country to move to Argentina. What am I missing here?
