Thanks @annvandersteel for this video. There is no immunity from fraud. In the MMAT BK case, the trustee has subpoened and the judge agreed that trading records from FINRA and NASDAQ need to be turned over. If the information is damning, I expect the trustee to push further for emails and comms to establish who was responsible and who potentially colluded. As the expression goes, "We'll See".

The company had only 165 million authorized shares, but according to the data, abusive naked short sellers allegedly created counterfeit shares totaling more than 6X the company’s authorized share count.

The SEC has refused to meet with Next Bridge Hydrocarbons CEO Greg McCabe, while the MMTLP community has been demanding answers and transparency for nearly 4 years.

At this point, serious questions need to be asked about the SEC and FINRA’s handling of MMTLP and whether regulators failed to protect investors or hold the responsible parties accountable
