0.1% of people know anything about Offensive Line Play.
Don't waste your time arguing with the other 99.9% of people.
But, when the 0.1% speaks... listen & learn.
Oh man! This is one of my fav arguments bro. There are studies with creatine that have more to do with your brain than just making your muscles look full. I don’t take creatine currently bc I don’t want the water weight but the science behind creatine is pretty amazing
I’m telling all athletes…STOP TAKING CREATINE. You don’t need it. Stop putting that nonsense in your body. A good diet and proper sleep are best. Stop letting little Jimmy at the local Planet Fitness tell the top 1% of human bodies what to supplement. Creatine is like filling a balloon with air it looks bigger and better till it’s time to put it under stress. That’s why soft tissue injuries happen. Your muscles lack pure substance.

The Eagles are now 2-5 and their QB is out for the season. If they’re selling at the trade deadline (which they should be), Dallas Goedert becomes an interesting name for the Browns.
@4didntdoit I think a lot of these QB’s coming out need to sit. There’s def a developmental problem at the college level. However, I know these NFL coaches like QB’s who have played in multiple systems. Sean Peyton said that’s why they liked Bo Nix. He said they felt these QB’s who….
