@AmericanAir gives away my seats that I had already checked into because I wasn’t at the gate during the very beginning of boarding on a flight they oversold,when addressing the issue to a different gate person they said “ I don’t want to get shot” ????, now had to stay overnight

@AmericanAir I’ve already gotten a flight after sitting in the airport on standby all day then having to book and pay for my own hotel meanwhile my bag with all my personal belongings went on the first plane they gave my seat away on …. I’m just Mind blown by this terrible experience

@FrontierCare Update : flight was delayed 7 hours, then cancelled my connecting flight, gave us a new flight over 24 hours passed our original, made us share hotel rooms and $50 in food credit for 24 hours, paid over $11,000 in flights for 16 people and this is the service?
