Endings can be bittersweet, but they also bring new beginnings. Today, our practice development team concludes its journey, but the impact of our work will endure. As we embark on new paths, let's carry forward the spirit of transforming cultures that enable people to flourish.

Back home after @theRCN Congress 2023. Represented @RCNGloucester@RCNSouthWest this year. Also presented an agenda item on corridor care with got changed to a resolution and presented the work I do with others. Now to rest and plan for Congress 2024 in Wales. #RCN23#RCN24
