@NianticHelp I haven’t been able to log into my account for over a week now and I haven’t recieved any support or information about my account from support. I need an actual person to help me work it out.

@NianticHelp@NianticHelp Hi, Thank You for your reply. I tried everything said in the troubleshooting tips and I even tried switching between Wifi&mobile data but sadly nothing works for me and thats why I am contacting you directly through here. As I said the chatbot is not working for me.

Since monday 11th of this month I haven’t been able to log into my account.
I got logged out of it a since then I was able to log in just once for a
few seconds. I have always logged in through my gmail account but I also
had it connected with my facebook 1/2
pokémon trainer central and apple but
none of these work now. As you can see in the attached picture I get this
error message. Could you Please lead me on how to fix this issue? Thank you. 2/2
