Today I went through our own systems as a normal user.

Address verification in CorePass — fast, clear, smooth.
Support team didn’t even know it was me.

Then I had to update my data on Ping Exchange to access my own profile.
Scanned the QR codes, followed the process step by step, even went through the additional checks because I’m from a higher-risk jurisdiction.

No shortcuts. No exceptions.
And honestly? Flawless.

After that I had to update my CorePass app completely — uninstall, reinstall, full recovery.
Yes, slightly nerve-wracking 😄
But again… smooth and exactly how it should work.

So to the support team: well done.
To the devs: seriously well done.

People sometimes assume founders can bypass systems.
Not here. Everyone follows the same rules.

Here’s the funny part — I can’t even use MoonPay inside our own Ping Exchange because I’m classified as a high-risk client.

To quote Warren Buffet: “you’ve got to eat your own cookies.”
