After a short conversation in the $DAG Telegram, the situation is as follows:
🔵 Constellation, as a company, was acquired (the acquisition amount was not disclosed).
🔵 This does not mean the team is leaving - quite the opposite.
🔵 The previous Constellation owners exchanged ownership of the company for shares in the holding entity, which is now going public via an IPO.
🔵Constellation will continue operating as a subsidiary and has received $25M in funding.
🔵 The existing Constellation team retains full operational control, including all rights and responsibilities.
🔵 They also gain full access to the holding company’s partner network.
In short, this is a win–win. Nothing changes at a high level for Constellation or $DAG; if anything, this move significantly accelerates adoption.
It also removes the need for immediate $DAG selling to fund development and operations.
Additionally, the network itself is essential, there is zero reason to abandon the token or the network. There is no change to its upside potential; if anything, that potential just became significantly larger.
@CMonteroOficial@EmmaRincon Hi respected @DeputySecState, this guy lives comfortably in North Carolina while openly defending Maduro’s narco-tyranny and the Cuban dictatorship. Obviously, he’s not doing it for free. It would be a good idea for the authorities to launch the appropriate investigation.
