@mcramer0402 @k8roulette2 support has made it possible for me to find my feet and be able to hold my own as I find my way. I wouldn’t still be in this career path without them. They are key to teachers not burning out. Putting them in classrooms is a short-term solution to a long-term problem.

@Pamela27186729 This is fascinating, I don’t think my school district works anything close to that. There's no sign-in at all for teachers unless late or leaving early. My principal does send out a weekly email reminding teachers they have to be on campus even if their prep is 1st or 6th/7th.
