@scott_scientist When I'm in the Alps (1600-3000m altitude) I feel somewhat better, too. Not sure if this is the result of a less toxic environment, an Interval Hypoxia Therapy-like effect or both. I guess I could live a better life there if this was an option financially.

@donata1608 0 Wirkung bei beiden, bei LDA unangenehme neurologische Nebenwirkungen. Habe plötzlich gelallt, weil meine Zunge nicht mehr richtig funktioniert hat.

@boerscht Vielen hilft sie gar nicht. Warum nur? 🤔 Ist die Vorstellung, dass eine Immundysregulation ohne Erregerpersistenz fortbesteht nicht völlig absurd?. Vergaloppiert sich das in Millionen von Jahren der Evolution geformte und getestete IS wirklich ohne Grund? Ich glaube das nicht!
