@chilternrailway What a monumental mess. And in 34 degree weather. I hope you’ll find yourselves responsible for any incidences arising from overcrowded services in this heat.
@chilternrailway How courteous of you to confirm the train platform and allow customers 5 whole minutes to get all the way to the end of the furthest platform before the train leaves. Great work!
@chilternrailway So Chiltern Railways may reduce levels of service at any given time, and affected customers don't even get the courtesy of a discount for having to deal with it, is that right?
@chilternrailway Shouldn't passengers at least have been told about this so they can plan their journey appropriately? A disappointment again, but not surprising....
@chilternrailway I don't care about your long term plans. I am experiencing this right now. Stop paying your upper management exorbitant bonuses and actually improve the services for people who pay to keep the lights on.
@chilternrailway I would be okay with the price structure if these disruptions to your services weren't so frequent. Your customers would appreciate tangible improvements rather than you making poor excuses and absconding yourselves from any kind of responsibility
@chilternrailway I am aware of that. I was waiting on platform A, along with several hundred other customers. There is now severe overcrowding on this service. Is this the standard we should come to expect when ticket prices seem to increase more consistently than your services? Will you refund?
@chilternrailway This is the second day in a row! Can you not get your act together? Surely you cannot justify pushing your ticket prices up when your service is this disgusting.
@chilternrailway Seriously??? This is the second day in a row that the platform has not been announced. The 17:11 Aylesbury service is mean to depart in 5 minutes and we are all waiting on a crowded platform. What is this service????!!
