GPT 2.5 is F*CKING insane for UGC.

This woman isn't real. One prompt nailed the skin texture, the flyaway hairs, the red leather seats and that lazy arm's length selfie angle.

Looks exactly like a paused TikTok.

Most AI animated ads don't fail because they look AI.

They fail because nothing is happening to anyone in them.

I've studied the AI ads that actually printed money this year. Every one of them made a single decision the losing ads didn't. Here are 5 of them.

Been working on a pretty interesting campaign for a major firm.

Can’t share much yet, but here’s a small piece I generated for it.

Meet Skelly.

Skeleton avatars are one of the most attention-grabbing formats in AI UGC right now, people stop scrolling for them. But there's a problem nobody talks about: a bare skeleton has no mouth. No tongue, no cheeks, nothing to actually take a pill, spray a product, or drink a shot. Which is exactly what most supplement and product ads need it to do.

So I built Skelly differently. Same recognizable skeletal frame that makes the format go viral, but with targeted muscle added around the jaw, mouth, and key joints, just enough real anatomy for it to swallow, spray, and react like an actual presenter, without losing the bone aesthetic that made people stop scrolling in the first place.

Virality of a skeleton. Functionality of a real actor.
