It felt like being cheated. Your agents spoke to me like the customer doesn't even matter to you. The issue was not even understood properly and cancellation was denied with no proper reasoning.

Your operations failure and consumer is suffering.

@fnpindia Highly disappointed with your operations and CS team. My delivery gets delayed. Agent asks me to cancel as he will be late. CS team denies cancellation and refund saying I can request for reschedule in delivery.

@fnp_ind Poo operations and customer support experience. Had ordered a bouquet for event; supposed to be delivered by 6pm. Order got delayed; I was informed post 6pm from delivery agent. Customer support didn't even cancel the order the denied the refund.
