Yes, it is the same law; they are above it, and no one can question them. This is the law that military dictator Musharraf referred to as being thrown into the dustbin. This law does not hold this 1 institution accountable because they themselves are the law.
Definition of Hard State
"We have to make our country a hard state. Hard state does not mean a state controlled by the military, but rather a state where everything is done according to the constitution and the law is the same for everyone. There is no elite in it."

He made himself a Field Marshal and granted himself lifetime immunity. What services has he provided to the people, other than bringing chaos? You narcissists and that one institution have inflicted so much suffering on the public. Devils disguised as Saviors.
Mohsin Naqvi on the Field Marshal's Message to the "Guardians of Democracy" 🇵🇰
"God has blessed you. The Field Marshal is bringing you great opportunities and placing them on a platter. He has one red line: stay within the system, and everything will be fine."
What rights he is talking about -
—persecution, draconian laws, and forced disappearances? If you speak up for your rights, they will make you disappear and label you as anti-state. Inho ney toh Fatima Jinnah ko bhi ghaadar keh diya.. Afsos!
Ludicrous! The edu systm in 🇵🇰 is fundamentally flawed on the supply side. The event was only intended for people in the centre, while those on the periphery have been neglected since independence. This divide has perpetuated educational inequity & will continue to do so.

Mahrang Baloch should not be in prison. Women and girls in Balochistan have suffered for years as their male family members were routinely arrested and forcibly disappeared. They deserve the life that everyone deserves: daughters who can go to school, fathers who come home at night.
I stand with my sisters in Pakistan who face harassment and abuse, who are imprisoned for speaking out. This is not new — throughout our history women like Asma Jahangir, Farida Shaheed, Khawar Mumtaz, Hina Jilani and even Fatima Jinnah suffered persecution for standing up. Today, it is Imaan Mazari and Mahrang Baloch.
Rather than addressing the horror of forced disappearances, the anti-terrorism court is targeting those who speak out against the oppression. Mahrang and her fellow activists must be released.
Daily Dawn reports a complete shutter-down strike observed across Quetta and several other parts of Balochistan on Wednesday to protest against the life sentences handed down to Dr Mahrang Baloch and Sibghatullah Shahji by the anti- terrorism court #MahrangBaloch#Balochistan
Amid a deepening law and order crisis and political turmoil in Balochistan, Justice Muhammad Ali Mobeen of Anti-Terrorism Court Quetta-1 on Monday, June 22, sentenced Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) chief Dr. Mahrang Baloch and central leader Sibghatullah Shah to life imprisonment. Balochistan's political leadership responded with sharp condemnation, calling the ruling an act of political revenge and a murder of justice, and warning that such measures will only deepen hatred and unrest across the province.

My feed is filled with support & love for Mahrang. Clearly, no one believes the state's fabricated narrative, not even those on their payroll. Those claiming victory should remember that a regime built on a foundation of lies stands on shaky ground. It can crumble in a heartbeat.
HRCP deplores the conviction of @MahrangBaloch_ and other members of the BYC. Regrettably, the state has continued its policy of dealing with advocacy for fundamental rights in the same way as it deals with militancy, leading to executive and judicial decisions that are lopsided and prejudiced. We demand a review of the ATC's decision at the earliest and the initiation of a political dialogue in Balochistan.
Life imprisonment for Maharang Baloch and Sibghatullah Shahji is a political catastrophe. The state thinks this is containment. It isn’t. It’s radicalization by decree. Every disappeared person, every sham conviction, every weaponized court produces exactly the alienation it claims to be managing. The judgement is legally indefensible. Politically illiterate. And morally, an absolute disgrace.
Balochistan does not need more punishment, it needs reconciliation. Those in power seem incapable of understanding that you cannot imprison your way to national unity.
This particular period of authoritarianism will be remembered for the bravery and sacrifices of Pakistani women… Mahrang Baloch, Imaan Haazir, Dr Yasmin Rashid… and many others
Unfair Treatment of Baloch Students in Punjab
Mehrab Khalid, a bright young Baloch student, was forcibly disappeared from Lahore a week ago and remains missing. The voice of Lahore’s progressive activists in support of Mehrab is as much missing as Mehrab himself.
13-year-old #Christian girl Sonia Waheed was kidnapped, raped and forcibly converted to #Islam on May 20 in #Pakistan. Police as usual refuse to act despite the family’s complaint.
Shame on authorities protecting rapists and persecuting #minorities. #EndForcedConversions
They are talking about disenfranchising 23.7% of the voting-age population.
This sort of change shouldn't be possible in a democracy without a referendum. Not even in a "democracy".
