@UPS 🤷‍♀️I don't understand why a package labeled as "Frozen" that got "stuck" at Earth City, MO on August 7th was delivered today, 8-21-25, as acceptable practice. The box had been opened, presumably to check the contents, re-taped, and delivered. Contents spoiled.🤔
