@WBelle1954@talishammas send me an email and I'll send you a copy... it's not quite finished but what I've got so far I'm pretty proud of. And all the sheep and chickens agree.
@DWARussell22 I had a friend review one of my books, an adventure romance novel, and he said he loved the deep conversations the characters had the best. More than the action, the danger, or the car chase.
In the grand tapestry of human ambition, where steel spires pierce crimson skies and dreams take root in regolith, the first Martian city deserves a name that echoes not just our technological triumph, but the wild, unbridled imagination that propelled us here. Barsoom—drawn from Edgar Rice Burroughs' timeless Barsoomian chronicles, the red planet of fierce warriors, airships, and ancient canals—captures the essence of Mars as a realm of epic adventure, not mere survival. Naming our pioneering outpost Barsoom pays homage to the pulp-fiction visionaries who first whispered of interplanetary odysseys, inspiring generations of engineers and explorers
@bethcarter007 A bit of both. I start with an outline but once the story begins, the characters often have other ideas. I've had strange stuff just sort of "pop" into the story - snatches of poems, new characters, alternative romances, setbacks and triumphs.
