Which player made you suffer the most?
Jordi Alba: They always ask me this question and you never know who it was. It happened the season I started playing as a full-back. I remember a sunny day at Mestalla. Racing Santander came. The player was called Kennedy, had thin hair. He was very fast. He made me suffer a lot. It was four in the afternoon and it was a very difficult match.
After him, at a high level, I think Di Maria was the most difficult. Di Maria at Real Madrid was incredible, a fantastic player. He wasn't just good in attack, he was also fantastic in defence, he never stopped running. He's a year older than me and he still runs. I've always admired him a lot.
If I spend more than a couple of quid on a birthday/xmas/etc card, you'd better believe I'm 'accidentally' leaving that price sticker on. Gotta make sure they know I haven't cheaped out on this occasion.
