🚨 THIS IS GOING TO BREAK THE INTERNET!
Elon Musk just dropped Neuralink's craziest bombshell:
“In the next 6 to 12 months, we're going to implant the first vision devices. Even if you're 100% blind from birth, we're going to write directly to your visual cortex… and you're going to see.”
“And that's just the beginning. In the long term, you'll have ultra-HD resolution and real superpowers: you'll see in infrared, ultraviolet, and even radar. Literally like a superhero.”
The future is no longer science fiction. It's Neuralink.
Yesterday's employment report was strong. Payrolls increased by 162,000, household employment grew more than 500,000, and the average workweek increased. The economy was cranking in August.
Many will see more inflation and Fed tightening. I see something bigger.
Headline inflation is 3.7%, but other measures are much closer to 2%. Oil could fall toward $30. Equities are hitting all-time highs as rates rise. Capital spending has broken through a ceiling that held for more than 20 years. Bitcoin is breaking away from gold. Companies embracing artificial intelligence are creating jobs faster.
These are not disconnected signals. They could mark the beginning of stronger real growth and powerful technology-driven deflation.
The consensus is pricing the old economy. I believe a new one is taking shape.

I've now done a total of 3 hours riding around in @Tesla’s Cybercab and spent a total of $92.51. That travel time would have cost me $200 with Ubers.
My longest ride has been ~40 minutes. I legitimately can't come up with any major complaints for FSD V15. None. I’ve spoken to a handful of other people here who say the same.
I didn't need to call rider support once. No weird maneuvers, jitteriness, or hesitation. I do think pickup and drop-off locations could use some tweaking (same for Model Y) as you need to walk a bit sometimes, but I think that will get better as V15 progresses.
Two things you surprisingly get used to very quickly are having no rearview mirror and no side mirrors.
For anyone else trying Cybercab for the first time, I encourage you to recline your seat all the way back and just close your eyes for a minute. Realizing that you can nap in the spot where a driver traditionally sat while the car drives you around with no steering wheel or pedals is a pretty surreal feeling.
one year of Seeker.
more builders
more apps
more users
more reasons to build
still a long way to go, but pretty amazing to see how far the Solana Mobile ecosystem has come.
none of this happens without the builders and users who keep showing up 🫶
Starbase Louisiana will ultimately have over a dozen launch towers, enabling more than 30 Starship flights per day and making it the biggest launch site on Earth!
SpaceX makes sci-fi real.
Solana just set another weekly all-time high: 1.3 billion transactions in a single week.
The network keeps absorbing more activity without breaking stride.
