@BowTiedSalesGuy I only sell to someone if they have a problem that my solution solves. Prospects typically understand the problem, but mis-diagnose it's cause and underestimate it's impact. Couldn't agree with this more.

I was heads down for the last 5 months building an idea that I had to walk away from. Here's my story

The idea: An application that has 100% accurate commercial real estate information for every property in the United States. It would contain data like...

and then whoever doesn't adopt would become obsolete. (A chicken/egg problem.)

So I haven't permanently walked away from the idea. I just decided that I don't have enough industry knowledge to pull it off at the moment.
