As part of the Grimoire, some votes had to be adapted to fit technical limitations, gameplay considerations, or the production timeline we were working with, and this was one of them.

We tried to bring the Mori as close to the storyboard as we could with the restrictions we had, while still fitting the narrative of The Judgment. This was a new process for us and we learned a lot from this first iteration, but we hope you still enjoy the new Mori!

@Gleebyy It's still concept art. The whole point of concept art is to get a sense of direction and understanding of what you want a design/place/animation/etc to have. The fact the game engine has it's limits to not the fault of the devs, much less the art team.
