Happy May the 4th to all that celebrate! This year I’ve decided to record one of my favorite musical cues from Star Wars, entitled “Scherzo for X-Wings.” John Williams composed this fast, energetic cue for 2015’s “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” (1/2)

Happy Star Wars Day and May the 4th be with you!
For this year’s celebration of Star Wars, I wanted to put together a trumpet cover of the Main Title, first composed by John Williams for the 1977 release of “Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.”
The score contains 3 different trumpet parts, each utilized masterfully during the Main Title sequence. I hope you enjoy my cover of this iconic theme from the timeless universe of Star Wars! 🎬🎶🎺
This past Thursday night, I had the privilege of attending the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s “Yo-Yo Ma, Williams & Dudamel” Concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Never did I think that I would get to say this, but I fist bumped John Williams! I will never forget this amazing day.
Just finished the Music by John Williams documentary on @DisneyPlus, and I truly believe that it is a must-see for all fans of cinema and music alike! The sheer impact of Maestro Williams in the culture of our lives is immense and effervescent, and I’m endlessly inspired by him!
@starwars@DisneyPlus Saying that I’m excited for this is an incredible understatement! I’m truly eager and ready to witness this documentary and learn more about the greatest film music composer of all time! 🎵
