All video content I record is strictly time-stamped and dated upon creation, making it impossible to alter or misrepresent the timeline of when it was produced or posted. Furthermore, while my contact information is publicly available, I communicate strictly via text or written message. This ensures that a complete, unedited record of all correspondence is preserved, preventing any party from falsifying the nature of our communication.

​My social media presence on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) is designed to create engaging narratives for followers and build an audience. Participation is entirely voluntary; I do not coerce anyone into appearing in or recording content with me. Anyone involved is fully aware of the nature of the videos and that they will be posted publicly. Individuals have the absolute right to decline to participate, just as I have the right to choose who I associate with. Once content is knowingly created for public distribution, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.

​In legal matters, the burden of proof lies entirely on the accuser. While individuals have recently attempted to delete defamatory posts or false accusations after being advised by law enforcement to cease contact, I retain time-stamped screenshots and logs of all such behavior. I choose not to engage in online arguments because the evidence speaks for itself. I maintain a complete, permanent archive of all messages, timelines, and interactions, and I will let the documented facts handle any false claims.

I am fully aware of what is being said both online and on the streets, and I don't overlook threats. Underestimating me is a mistake; I may keep a low profile, but I am always prepared.
