Our dedicated team is working hard to ensure that our Enumerators are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to gather accurate and insightful data.
Through comprehensive training sessions, they will learn how to engage with communities respectfully and sensitively, ensuring that each voice is heard and valued.
We believe that informed data collection is essential for effective policy-making and program development, and our Enumerators are at the forefront of this mission.

ACRA and @CareSouthSudan commenced a three day training for Research Assistants to collect qualitative data on mental health and psychosocial needs among returnee and refugee women and girls affected by the #Sudan_crisis.
The mental health of these women and girls is equally significant, as the trauma and stress experienced during the crisis can have long-lasting effects on their mental well-being. Factors such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are prevalent among returnees and refugees.
The research will generate new evidence on the specific impacts of the conflict and displacement on women and adolescent girls, providing CARE, ACRA, MoH, MGCSWF and advocacy colleagues with content specific narrative to inform targeted interventions.

According to @unicefssudan, 59% of the population in #SouthSudan lacks access to safe water. This poses a great health risk especially among children.
Working towards achieving SDG 6, ACRA commits to work together with partners to ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.

"Let's talk about challenging patriarchal norms and empowering communities! 🌟
It's crucial to engage with our communities to break down the structures that uphold inequality, particularly those that give men more power than women.
Patriarchy not only limits opportunities for women but also reinforces harmful stereotypes and biases that affect all of us.
By coming together and raising awareness, we create a more inclusive and equitable #SouthSudan society where everyone has the chance to thrive regardless of gender.
Let's challenge the status quo, amplify diverse voices, and work towards a future where everyone is truly equal.
