@PlayoffDude Wemby / Kobe is cold but all 3 going GSW. Curry the only P.G definitively better than kyrie is his era, Hakeem the only man to consistently give shaq problems and LeBron? It’s gotta be GSW. G.S, CHI, S.A.S and LAL in that order.
@DaveMasonBOL This won’t get overturned, fair stoppage. What is the point of a TKO decision if this was to be overturned? I’ve definitely seen Worse stoppage’s, pereira was getting rocked. Maybe implement a count like they do in boxing, a lot harder to do in UFC though.
@big_918@ravenwizardd@ShamsCharania Yes, from all accounts the new owner is a cheapskate. Probably going to focus on his hometown hockey team and just try to maximize profits / short cut the blazers. Not many owners out there like Cuban or the late Paul Allen.
@Tyler_458@ravenwizardd@ShamsCharania Better than billups / stotts, I don’t think he was very hands on or scheme heavy which can be good in the short term. Just let his guys play in more of a freelance offense. He did well given the circumstances and now you have to find a replacement.
@ravenwizardd@ShamsCharania Cheap owner, recently I saw post / comments saying Splitter wouldn’t be a good long term hire. Idk what else you could want from a guy thrust into that role year one and overachieving. Just because he’s not a name, yet anyways.
I’m sure we could have kept splitter if we didn’t have the cheapest owner in the league. Splitter is going to be a good full time coach, overachieved last season thrusted into the position and making the playoffs.
BREAKING: The Chicago Bulls are finalizing the hire of Portland Trail Blazers interim Tiago Splitter as the franchise's new head coach, sources tell ESPN. Splitter succeeds Billy Donovan as the Bulls' coach after stepping into the head job and excelling in Portland last season.
@SleeperBlazers Actually a tough one, you’d think Deni and Walton would be the best suited for it but they probably didn’t played enough games. Another season or two with Portland it’ll probably be Deni but for RN it’s probably Clyde.
@BlazersLead Doesn’t move the needle at all, both guys are on bad deals. Lavine can opt into the final year of his contract making 46M next season and Grant is making 70M over the next two years. Lavine is a better scorer but declining and a bad defender already.
@statmuse Made sense to move off Brunson at the time. Luka leads you to a finals the following year, a consensus top 5 player arguably higher, then you move off him as well. That’s the problem, picking one guy being right and then sell him for .40 on the dollar as well.
@StephenFlorival@JG4President One for one going are you taking Brunson over Wemby to start a franchise? That’s a true indicator of who’s the “better” player.
@alre134@JohnSmithhjeb@FastbreakHoops5 Scottie / Mobley are close, there no issues switching 3/4. What’s crazy is someone shitting on a take due to fandom or having a player 1-2 spots different. Also judging off a playoff run vs a whole career. Mobley’s DPOY is the biggest individual accomplishment on this list.
@n9nersss@FastbreakHoops5 lol, What would you do move one player up or down? Does that make it dogshit? You have CMB as your profile pic so I’m sure no biases at all. “Dogshit” would be putting a player #1 because you’re a fan.
@alre134@JohnSmithhjeb@FastbreakHoops5 3/4 Scottie / Mobley was the toughest. #1 / #2 is concrete with Cade and Jalen Johnson. I’d take Mobley or Scottie over Sengun. People are low on Mobley RN from his playoff permanence. One year removed from DPOY which is the biggest individual accomplishment on this list.
@blazerwagon Probably MIL, it’s a decent haul but not getting back a real star / corner piece in return. Probably like it most for ATL. Would you rather have racashier / Kuminga / Grant over Scoot / Sharp / Grant? I think I’d rather have the blazers pieces.
@jamesjoejam@FastbreakHoops5 Stock is low because of the playoff run. The only two you can comfortably take over him are Jalen Johnson and Cade. I’ll give you Barnes as well, I’ve always been a Murphy fan but he’s not better than Mobley. I’d rather have Mobley than Sengun, outright bad defender.
