I’m not retyping my Instagram rant but I’m very tired of visible crafts being able to discuss these things and receiving the support while the whole of the CG craft suffers in silence.

Our ‘supervisor’-level TD1s (56.38) have a lower minimum than entry-level board artist (61.12)
