@j4rddvhfkv@pavyg Abuser of women is clearly the worse one, Paul lol I’m not defending Sasha’s behavior, only stating I agree with this comment. Zverev is diabetic, so the idea of someone using illegal subs as an advantage against him bothers him a little more than it would other players.
As a non-delusional Heat fan, thank you for this post. People don’t understand how catastrophic this is for them in the short term & long term. 3 1st round picks, our last 3 1st round picks (JJJ/Ware/Kaz), & Tyler for 2 31yo PFs leaves us with no depth or picks for the future. Riley basically traded for a larger Jimmy Butler (minus the ego) that relies on his body even more, but the major difference is that now we have zero shooting whatsoever to surround him with. Have no idea how people are happy about it cuz Riley got fleeced….AGAIN. Same guy who traded the expiring contract of a former champion at the deadline in 2023 in exchange for the worst gambling scandal in NBA history while he had 3yrs/$72M left on the deal. He lost his touch a long time before that when he pushed D Wade, the guy who led the organization to its first championship and the integral piece of the other two, out of town. Just because he is a legend doesn’t mean he still has it. Long story short, it’s been time for him to resign for a while now.
Celtics star Jaylen Brown at a recent event in France:
"ESPN is unethical, and Stephen A. Smith is the head face of that. The organization, the players, they were all in agreeaance. They all knew what I meant by that. Our team was basically salary dumped. We lost a lot of players. For us to emerge and still be in the same position..."

I’m a 3-generation RM socio. I was trying to be neutral, but your sad little response made me decide to give you the truth. Barca are possibly the poorest run club financially in Spain. If they weren’t a good team & important for La Ligas image, they’d have been relegated 834 divisions for all of the rules they’ve broken. From financial fair play to paying off referees during your little golden Messi era, everything about your club is fake and doesn’t even touch ATM. They are a true rival because they play by the rules.
Want Julian? Stop being fuckin babies & sell Fermin, Casado, & anyone else to be able to afford him! Can’t sell the naming rights of your stadium or your souls because you already did both of those. €80M for Anthony Gordon could have gone towards Julian. Your club’s fault, that sucks. Good luck, hope it does not work out tho 💥💥
It’s you Barca fans saying he’s not worth that much that is the most ridiculous part of all of this. If he’s not worth 150M, then why the hell do you want him so badly? Why didn’t ‘his dream’ club come get him back then if it was his dream? If they value Anthony Gordon at €80M, then Julian is worth minimum 200M. Florentino said he’d pay 150M, can Barcelona beat that? ATM would sell to Madrid before Barcelona because they know they have the money to afford the transfer. Julian can sit on the bench all season long and receive his wages, and while you say, his value may go down, they also have the option of sitting and paying him for 4 more years. Imagine what his value will be 4 years from now with zero minutes of game time all because he didn’t honor his original contract. Barcelona doesn’t have the money to afford Julian. It’s really that simple. And the last time an ATM player forced his move to Barca (Griezmann), how’d it work out?
Totally agree @kkeneth42. If he wants a transfer so badly, he can go find one from a team that can actually afford to pay ATM for him. Barcelona needs to be held accountable financially once & for all. Barca cannot afford him & can’t bully Atleti into selling. Julian signed the contract with ATM from Manchester City. No one forced him to & Barca didn’t try to buy him then because, like now, they couldn’t afford him.
Totally agree with that, they get slaps on the wrist while Vondrusova gets 4 years while not testing positive for anything, but she knew what would happen if she refused. They didn’t refuse, tested positive and were top in the world at time. It’s about optics and honesty. Jannik and Iga sure as hell aren’t poster children of honesty, but at least they were cooperative -Marta wasn’t. I agree it’s harsh and this is something tennis needs to address asap because the disparity in between punishments is getting out of hand
Financial trigger clauses are basically price tags that let buyers know what the seller values them at-they can be adjusted & changed by the seller based on their situation. Barcelona cannot afford the number ATM is looking for, especially after spending €80M on Gordon. Atlético would, at minimum, need to make a significant profit in order to sell him.
🚨 Atlético Madrid statement to @diarioas.
“There is no amount of money for which Barça can buy Julián Álvarez. He will not be transferred to Barcelona”.
“Either they pay the release clause for €500m or there is no deal”.
