They brought Chen back a month later & she played 10 mpg in 24 games. Marta was a 2nd rounder traded for Flaujae (8th pick) & a ‘28 2nd round pick. Completely different situation because of the circumstances. Chen situation commonplace for 3rd rounders in W. Cutting Suarez after trading a possible ROTY player to get her is truly unforgivable. She’ll get signed by someone quickly, maybe even Valks if history repeats itself, but if they don’t, they’ll never be able to justify that trade.
