Build in public update:
Made the first demo video 🎉
Crosspublish helps easily post across multiple social channels from one place.
Attention across social media is valuable.
More visibility = more opportunities to:
• build leverage
• get leads for your business
• strengthen your personal brand
But many people spend hours writing content.
Then post to just one platform.
A lot of views are left on the table.
Crosspublish helps fix that.
Create once. Publish everywhere.
And an editor that syncs beautifully between thread based (e.g. X) and long-form (e.g. LinkedIn) content automatically.
My girlfriend is 13 followers short of 10k instagram 🫶😄
She’s a DJ, too humble, and deserves tonnes of love.
So here’s a shameless plug: if you like deep house, follow maria_callapez ✌️
This is Max from over the API again :) With a random picture from my last vacation 😅
If you're reading this, the refresh token was refreshed successfully. yey :)
I'm really eager to get Crosspublish to the next level.
The biggest blocker is still Meta's slow review process.
Creating a social media tool with all the poorly documented APIs out there is really an uphill battle 🫠
Waiting for Meta to review the permissions I need to schedule on Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. :/
Can't wait to push the changes to prod.
Crosspublish v2 will look absolutely stunning. 🤩
Finally done!
The coding is slowly coming to an end. Crosspublish now supports all the major networks I need.
I'll add Pinterest, Google Business, TikTok, and YouTube later on.
But for now I'm quite happy with the social media coverage.
Now I just need to get it approved by meta.
Fingers crossed 🤞

Bootstrapping is the hardest thing I've ever tried.
Today it came with another setback.
I'm building a post scheduler, and sent my application to Meta for review.
The review is required to get permissions to post on behalf of other people's accounts.
After waiting 2 weeks, 2 of the 4 permissions were denied.
Ouch.
I could give up.
Same way I could've given up
- when Auth didn't work.
- when the server kept crashing for no reason.
- when time zones for scheduling where a mess.
There's always a dozen reasons to give up.
When i look back at this post in a year...
... I want to be able to say that I didn't.
