🚨WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CHANGED YOUR THERMAL PASTE?

Thermal paste isn't forever. A good rule is to replace it about once a year, and not just on your CPU.

A lot of people have had the same GPU for 3+ years and never touched the paste once. That's heat you pay for in clocks, noise and stability.

While you're in there, don't stop at the paste:
- VRAM pads
- VRM pads (MOSFETs and chokes)
- Backplate pads, always match the original thickness
- Clean the heatsink fins properly
- Fans: if they wobble or you hear bearing noise, replace them
- Tighten the bracket screws in a cross pattern, evenly

Opening your GPU can void the warranty on some brands, so check first.
