@Nesil_Caliskan@UKLabour Looks like the same ‘media whipping’ that was done with the SEND White Paper. And by the way, taxpayers are paying for the breakfasts. Parents could provide it themselves if the cost of living wasn’t so high.
@BrittanyFerries Queued to get off St Malo this morning and two hours to get through border control. We haven’t experienced this kind of delay before. Is this the new normal ?
@bphillipsonMP School does matter for all our children but you wouldn’t have picked that up from the White Paper. Your SEND reforms and insufficient funding for schools will be disastrous for all children. Let’s hope there is a reshuffle of the cabinet soon.
@educationgovuk@bphillipsonMP You know when people are promoted above their competence and then they run a department that turns out to be an echo chamber …..God help ant countries that want to learn from Bridget Philipson
@bphillipsonMP@ErginErbil@enfield_labour What’s not to Love? The decimation of legal rights and protections in the SEND White paper for starters. You are literally the worst government for SEND children and young people to date. Let’s wait for the results this week ….
@candi4changeSW@DudeAdhd And similar to my mum. GP repeatedly dismissed her symptoms as a UTI. In Jan 2024, when finally admitted to hospital she was found to have Stage 4 bladder cancer. She died within 7 weeks. The GP surgery in Burnham-on-Sea were simply dreadful.
@MercedesBenz What a shame your customer service is so poor. Not only the worst communication and service ever experienced in 20 years of owning. Mercedes but no response at all from customer service.
@PeterPrinsley@bphillipsonMP If you are so confident that your investment in mainstream will result in greater inclusion, then leave the current legal rights and protections as they are. The fact you are not intending to do that speaks volumes.
@bphillipsonMP By taking away significant legal rights and protections. Your actions will lead to lost opportunities and thousands of children with trauma.
@ElissaNoves Or rather, ‘ Councils stand ready to restrict the list of potential schools you can select from’ knowing that you probably won’t have any effective rights to challenge the poor choice we give you. Councils will be rubbing their hands with glee.
