I think it’s simply that I have no emotional attachment to what they’re saying.

I think it also partially explains this wave of unmotivated young men with low moral character.

Men are generally content with the bare minimum living standards, anything else is to please/impress/care for. So why have these things if it leads nowhere?

It’s silly but genuinely force a dumb smile for 60sec and you’ll feel your mood change.

Now apply this intent to your daily struggles and activities. Consistency is key.
