The site https://t.co/9tOj5Eqnbs has a map showing all the Flock cameras (with license plate readers) near you. Over 100,000 Flock devices already registered. Mass surveillance is under way. Spread the word and oppose Flock cameras. They need to be outlawed. This is a private company monitoring vehicles and selling all the data to the government and various corporations, in total violation of the Fourth Amendment.
Why must air traffic controllers retire at 56, FBI agents at 57, and pilots at 65—yet politicians can keep making decisions for future generations until 90?
Capitalism’s big dirty secret is most big businesses would no longer be profitable if you removed their tax breaks, corporate subsidies and government contracts. The rest would dissolve once monopolistic pricing and intellectual property rights were revoked.

It’s crazy to think I’m gonna live through the greatest extinction event our planet has witnessed in millions of years* & it will be the fault of 30 billionaires who brain damaged themselves into believing they don’t need the other 7 billion of us
*or die in it, who knows
🚨BREAKING: In the Chicago suburbs, an ICE agent assaults a teenager for filming his vehicle, and pointing out that it illegally has no license plate.
In the video, a U.S. citizen is peacefully filming an ICE vehicle, that is sitting in a parking lot. He walks to the back of the SUV to document that it has no license plate.
That’s when the ICE agent jumps out, screaming, “Get away from my vehicle!” while aggressively charging toward the teenager.
The teenager immediately backs away, but the ICE agent keeps walking at him, tries to trip the teenager , and continues yelling… even though neither of them are anywhere near the vehicle anymore.
Filming government officials performing their duties, in public, is protected by the First Amendment. That protection doesn’t disappear just because the official doesn’t like being recorded.
An officer also can’t lawfully use physical force simply because someone is filming them. Using force, to stop someone from recording, is a violation of that person’s constitutional rights.
And let’s not ignore the reason the ICE agent got out of his car in the first place...
Illinois law requires vehicles, driven on public roads, to display valid registration plates. This ICE vehicle is not following that law.
So, if your first instinct, when someone records your conduct, is to assault them… you’re proving exactly why the public is recording in the first place.
Her name was Marion Stokes and in addition to being an amateur archivist, she was also a civil rights activist and got fired from her job as a librarian for being a communist.
After federal agents shot Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, a Rochester resident sent ICE's director an email in January comparing him to a Nazi.
This week, DHS agents stalked him across New York. His home. A hotel.
They gave his wife a letter warning of criminal prosecution.
They will NOT make a billionaire contribute to the basic needs of the community BUT they will make the whole community bear the electrical, water, and building costs of a data center owned by a billionaire.
the fact that she's given so much and has not run out of money really puts into perspective how the arguments against a wealth tax on billionaires are just bs
Truly, If capitalism rewarded skill or intelligence, the richest people would be neurosurgeons, engineers, and scientists.
If it rewarded talent, it would be artists. writers, and creators.
If it rewarded hard work, it would be cleaners, laborers, and service workers.
But it's none of them.
So Mamdani got landlords to fix their properties, balanced the city budget, lowered crime, froze rent, taxed the rich, and launched a free day care program and y’all still saying socialism will fail.
Ignorance.
