$3.01 refund request was denied by support. Can you take a look into it before I start a charge back with my bank?

@SkipCanada @globalnews Shame on your Twitter support who doesn't reply back to DMs.
I had to get the CEO and media team involved to get it resolved.

If you haven't received your reward from @SkipCanada's summer saving promo, pls msg me. I'm speaking to @globalnews and would like to expose them as they fail to honor the contest rewards

So far, I've found 1 person from reddit

@SkipCanada is trying me to back out and scam me out of a $200 reward I earned and redeemed through their Summer Savings promo. I have timestamped screenshot proving I claimed it but after weeks of contacting support, they're saying I never claimed it. @CBCNews @CTVNews

@SkipCanada I saved up $500+ in summer savings and redeemed for $200 live nation concert cash reward on Sept 6 but I still haven't received it yet via email. It's been over 10 days now.
