"Pushing through burnout is not strength, it’s actually self-sabotage. Your body isn’t a generator with an ‘ignore low fuel’ button.
Better ways to heal:
1. Rest WITHOUT guilt.
2. Break tasks into tiny steps.
3. Say ‘no’ to non-essentials.
4. Seek help through therapy.
The emphasis on celebrating small wins cannot be enough, always find a reason to be grateful, that's one of the ways we can alleviate our burnouts.
Also, consciously distract yourself from the ugly situations, forgive yourself and look for ways to make it better. We'd win someday
You also notice better communication with others, deeper empathy and good relationships.
You also know you're growing when you're able to seek help, unlearn, set boundaries, face fears and take actions.
The fourth and fifth are; when a method isn't working out, the way forward isn't to quit but tweak the method also keeping little promises we make to ourself, they build our self-trust. Today's post urges us to appreciate ourselves for the milestones we've achieved thus far.
The other 2 books are: Grit by Angela Duckworth and Extreme ownership by Jacko Willing & Leif Babin.
These books are necessary to build our Self-discipline muscle. Remember, we start small to become big💪😘
Rest is part of the muscle build up because even the body muscles requires rest for recuperation. We do this by forgiving "slip ups", recharging and returning stronger". Burnout is the major enemy to progress".
Impactmax tells us that doing social media at the wrong time would let us consume our resources even before we create meaningful things. Social media sometimes affects our moods especially when there are negative news or when we start comparing yourself with the posts of others.
I agree that some days the motivation and energy goes down, the fourth tip is to shun distractions from notifications and emails that may not be important at that moment, also to give ourselves a little break so that we can bounce back reinforced.

Impactmax tells us that "Discipline is the bedrock for achievement of goals". The fourth tool to a disciplined life style is striving for long term achievements rather than short term pleasures.
Impactmax explains the difference between being motivated and being disciplined. The fourth point in this game is, we should make sure to be in line with our goals rather than pleasing people.
Impactmax also tells us to clear up our desk, even if it's the tiniest thing we've been procrastinating on. It's a sign of progress, which gives us relief.
Impactmax wishes us a productive and less stressful week ahead😘🤗
