When I got nerd-sniped by @codehans1 and Kujira, I had no idea the rollercoaster I’d be getting myself into. The last two years have been absolutely amazing. Being given an empty slate with the words “GHOST” on it turned me from simple SWE to a full-on financial architect, and it’s been an absolute blast working on ideation, development, and of course, nonstop shipping.

That’s why it breaks my heart a little that I’m leaving Kujira and the amazing community we have here. We had some disagreements regarding the value of my work, which led to me realizing that I’d lost the spark of enthusiasm I used to have when working on Kujira projects. I’ve always worked with projects and people that I found intellectually stimulating, and there’s other ideas that have been vying for my attention for months now (as well as needing a general break!)

@codehans1, @PragmaticMonkey, and @cryptoslang1 are doing an incredible job leading the community through a merger that totally shatters the ceiling of what’s possible with Kujira tech (and tokenomics!), and they have my full support in this venture and any others they may undertake in the future. More importantly, they, alongside many of our dear ecosystem builders, are some of my closest friends and, from the bottom of my heart, I will be absolutely rooting for you every one of you guys ❤️

As for me, I’ll likely be taking a week or two to reset, but I still have tons of new ideas, both DeFi and non-DeFi related, that would physically hurt not to see to fruition. Never enough time in the day 😅
