If you are not guilty of a crime you can do jail time waiting for your process the same way Tate is in jail waiting for his trial even though he is innocent.

If you are found guilty you get transfer to a prison which I never went to.

There was already an investigation.

The cops threw me in handcuffs and sent me to a mental hospital for 5 days.

And was given a fine.

The fire and the case has already been closed a long time ago.

The fire was non criminal and I'm more than happy to defend my case in court.

I never got arrested once for it.
