When you try to complain about an issue to @ThreeIreland@ThreeCare they block you. It has been 10 days now with no coverage in my area which is Dublin 1 city center and I’m unable to make calls. This a joke

@RevolutApp is a joke! 4 days now trying to contact customer service and keep receiving the same message asking “to be patient”. This is so frustrating!
@RevolutApp I’m still waiting for chat with a live agent since there is no customer service available by phone or e-mail. It has been 3 days and still no response from @RevolutApp . It is ridiculous!
@RevolutApp All you get is:”Our support agents are extremely busy at the moment. A live agent should be with you in roughly 1 day. We really appreciate your patience! 🙏”
@RevolutApp . Very disappointing service form @RevolutApp. Money transfer which 2-3 days in regular bank is being 20 d & still waiting. Impossible to get any help form customer service via text or phone!
@RevolutApp I have done that many times. I only get the robot “Rita” which is extremely frustrating . I have money transfer pending the last 3weeks which I need urgently. When I check with my solicitor the money left their account 3 weeks ago but is not on my account. This is no right !
